How to order

  • Start Your Order: Click here or on the "Order Service Dog Gear" button in the navigation bar. This will take you to our order form.
  • Complete the Form: Fill out the form with your basic information and indicate the products you're interested in.
  • Connect with Us: After submitting the form, keep an eye on your email! I'll reach out to discuss your dog's measurements, preferred colors/fabrics, and any additional customizations you'd like.
  • Finalize Details: Once everything is confirmed, I'll process your payment securely through PayPal.
  • Get Your Custom Gear: I’ll begin designing your custom service dog gear and stay in touch throughout the process to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

Processing Time

Orders can take up to 4 weeks to complete (though many only take a week ☺).

Shipping & Handling Fee

Certain items may require special shipping due to size or weight, or due to just being a larger order. Overweight/oversized packages will be charged by exact weight per the going rates from UPS or USPS. International shipping is calculated by weight and destination, customs charges may be applied per country’s customs ( we do not cover customs fees). All shipping choices are covered with insurance through those entities ( UPS & USPS).

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized by Working Dawgz Design before returning. If you are not satisfied with something you order from us, please notify us within 7 days of receiving. When authorization of refund has been granted, please place item(s) still in brand new condition back in box or original packaging. Include tracking number from USPS or UPS. Then we will promptly refund your payment.

After 7 days we can not accept a return with refund. Refunds may take 24-48 business hours to process.

Returns in less than new condition will not be refunded. Accordingly, if a package is received damaged, refuse delivery and contact us. A Resolution can be reached.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as reshipping on exchanges. (Please double check sizing before ordering, text or email with any questions) .

If something is defective please let us know as soon as possible, so we can promptly help. (Not months later!)
